All tickets are sold as non refundable and are not entitled to a cash refund. Cancellations must be recieved before 72 hours of the transportation date to be eligable for a travel voucher for 70% of the total fare which is good for one year from the date of ticket purchase. Any changes to a reservation carry a change fee of no less than $25.00 per person. Once a Ticket has been changed this voids the eligability of a refund voucher for the ticket from being issued at a later date if the were to be to canceled at a later date. Each passenger is allowed 2 bags weighing no more than 40 lbs each. All heavier bags or cargo carry additional fees. Shuttle delays or cancellations that are due to conditions beyond the control of Tri State Shuttle will be moved to the next available scheduled shuttle time and if any such conditions happen Tri State Shuttle will not be liable to any other transportation costs.  All scheduled times are in Pacific Standard time or Nevada time All scheduled times are subject to change without any prior notice.
