Our Cancellation Policy is simple if you cancel your reservation and give more than 72 hours notice. We will give you a refund of 70% of your fare in the form of a travel voucher that is good towards our shuttle transportation for one year from the date of cancellation.

All reservation made under 21 days are based on availability. the reservation will be processed if there is available space on the time you requested. If the time you are requesting is not available the reservation will not be processed and you will be notified.

Any travel connections.
Loading or unloading of passengers.
Delays due to conditions beyond the control of Tri State Shuttle. Such as road conditions, weather, or traffic and vehicle breakdowns. In the event of a vehicle breakdown all passengers will be moved to the next available scheduled shuttle time. If any of these conditions should occur and if Tri State Shuttle is unable to provide that transportation, only the cost of the shuttle ticket will be refunded. Tri State Shuttle will not be held liable, under any circumstances, for the cost of any other transportation that is not provided by Tri State Shuttle. Tri State Shuttle will not assume any responsibility for any flight delays if any of the above should occur.
Airline connections are subject to delays. Tri State Shuttle assume no responsibility or guarantee's to wait for any late arrivals unless prior arraingements have been made. All missed shuttle times missed due to flight delays unless prior arraingements have been made will be handled on case by case basis and are considered as NO CALL / NO SHOWS, and are not eligable to any refunds or any compensation of any kind.
All passengers that have missed there shuttle times due to any conditions may be charged a fee of no more than 50% of the cost of there transportation ticket to move them to the next available shuttle time.
Tri State Shuttle is not and will not be held liable for loss or damage to baggage or its contents, or any personal property. If any items are left on any of our vehicles and are found, the item or items will be logged and given to our lost and found department. Any property that is found and has been claimed by the passenger will be shipped to its owner at the cost of the owner. NO C.O.D. Lost items or luggage left on our shuttles will be held for a maximum of 30 days and at the end of the 30 days the property will be disposed of if not claimed within the 30 days from the date of travel or the date found.
Each passenger is limited to 2 pieces of luggage weighing no more than 50 lbs each, all oversized luggage will be accessed an additional fee based on the size and weight and the equipment needed to transport the luggage. Any additional pieces of luggage will be charged an additional $15.00 per piece of standard sized luggage each way. All cargo will be charged as cargo and not luggage. Over weight luggage or cargo will be charged according to size and weight and equipment needed to transport each way.
In regards to pets, it is strongly recomended that you check with your airline as to there requirements and pet policies as most airlines will not take pets at certain times of the year. All pets must be transported in an airline approved pet carrier and will charged as a cargo fee based on the size and weight of the pet carrier, A minimum charge of $50.00 per pet each way will be applied to the passengers each way ticket. All pets must ride in the cargo area of the vehicle with exception to federally approved service animals.
Tri State Shuttle reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time or any place.
All passengers travel at there own risk. Seat belts should be worn at all times.

All changes made to a reservation will incur a change fee of $25.00 per person each way based on availability    
Due to security measures at the Las Vegas airport, passengers are advised to allow 2 hours check in time at the airport. Passengers are also advised to allow 1 hour from their arrival at the airport to get to the shuttle pickup location. It is the passenger's sole responsibility to allow them selves plenty of time to get to the airport and plenty of time to catch there flights. Tri State Shuttle will not be held to any time constraints.
Tri State Shuttle reserves the right to change any schedule time so that we may accommodate all of our passengers traveling.
All passengers luggage is the sole responsibility of the passenger. It is the passenger's responsibility to insure that there luggage is loaded and unloaded from the shuttle. As a courtesy, Tri State Shuttle drivers will be glad to assist the passenger in loading there luggage on and off of the shuttle.
TRI STATE SHUTTLE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED LUGGAGE.
