2. Our Service

Tri-State Airport Shuttle is an independent guide and booking helper for ground transport to and from Huntington Tri-State Airport (HTS). We do not operate vehicles and do not carry passengers ourselves: transfers are provided by third-party companies, and your booking is made with them. Fares shown by the calculator are indicative; the exact price is confirmed by the provider when you book.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

Availability, changes and cancellations are handled by the provider you book with, under that provider's terms. Please give accurate pickup details and flight information when you book. To change or cancel, contact the provider that issued your booking.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, graphics and logos — is the property of Tri-State Airport Shuttle and protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

The transfer is carried out by the provider you book with, and that provider is responsible for the journey, including punctuality, the vehicle and the driver. We publish information and help you find and book a transfer; we are not a party to the contract of carriage and are not liable for the journey itself. Where a booking is made through a partner platform, that platform’s terms, including its cancellation and refund rules, apply.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
